Upskilling VET trainers to act as apprentices coaches
Skills4VETapp is a 24-month Erasmus+ project that aims to equip vocational education and training trainers and VET providers with the necessary knowledge and tools to guide and motivate VET learners towards apprenticeships.
In the framework of the project two innovative and practical resources will be developed, including a Digital Report as well as a Digital Roadmap, enhancing users’ capacity and knowledge in the development of qualitative and appealing apprenticeship programs.
